As a Field Service Engineer, you will embark on a dynamic journey in the world of material handling, where no two days are the same. You’ll immerse yourself in a diverse array of tasks, expertly navigating our extensive lineup of products—from agile pallet trucks to robust counterbalance trucks, and cutting-edge very narrow aisle (VNA) trucks to innovative automated solutions.

Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
* Conduct preventative maintenance and essential check-ups to keep the fleet running smoothly.
* Travel to various customer locations to service Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment.
* Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional support.
Qualifications
* Experience as a vehicle technician or mechanical engineer; forklift technicians, plant fitters, plant technicians, or vehicle technicians are particularly relevant.
* Experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners is desirable but not required.
* Ideally NVQ level 3 (or equivalent), though not essential.
* Comfort with using IT equipment for records and order placement.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Traveling to various customer locations, you’ll bring your expertise to service Linde forklifts and other state-of-the-art material handling equipment, forging strong relationships, and delivering exceptional support. In Addition, Field Service Engineer’s Package Includes
