Reeson Education is excited to recruit a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner to join supportive and welcoming primary schools and nurseries across the London Borough of Havering.
This Early Years Practitioner role is available in settings located in Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Rainham, Elm Park, Harold Wood and Harold Hill, all with strong Early Years teams and excellent transport links.

Your Role as an Early Years Practitioner:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
* Support children within Nursery or Reception in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that promote learning and development.
* Monitor and record pupil progress across the prime and specific areas of learning.
* Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
The successful Early Years Practitioner will bring energy, creativity and a genuine passion for Early Years education.
We're Looking For in an Early Years Practitioner:
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
* Previous experience working as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Nurse or Early Years Teaching Assistant.
* A caring, patient and proactive approach.
* A committed and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner who works well as part of a team.
