JOB TITLE: Onboarding Analyst - Business Banking
LOCATION: Villiers House, IOM
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
Please note this role is only available for individuals residing in, or to those who hold right to work permits for Isle of Man.

An exciting new role has become available within the Commercial Onboarding team to support the business growth objectives of the Business Banking segment within the Crown Dependencies.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting both new and existing clients with account opening, ensuring a seamless and proactive service experience.

The role will require you to;
1. Be responsible for explaining and supporting with KYC/due diligence requirements to external clients.
2. Undertake the onboarding process for our clients which can also include account opening, data inputting & quality checking.
3. Support clients throughout the onboarding journey to ensure the best start to their relationship with Lloyds Bank International by telephone, email and online channels.
What You’ll Need
Working in the Business Banking Onboarding Team, you will be responsible for the onboarding of new clients from a range of sectors including Sole Traders, Limited Companies, Clubs, Societies and Charities and Limited Liability Companies and Partnerships.
You will be a member of a dedicated Onboarding team providing a high level of customer service applying your knowledge to ensure accounts are opened efficiently and accurately.
We just need you to demonstrate the following qualities:

5. Build & maintain internal / external relationships
6. Communicate with individuals at all levels
7. Take responsibility for queries / issues through to resolution
8. Manage expectations of all internal and external customers
9. Prioritise workloads
10. Work to strict deadlines
Any experience of these would be useful:
11. Working knowledge of AML and prior account opening experience.
12. Oral and Written Communication - Strong communication skills
13. Organisational Awareness – Knows how to get things done and gain commitment.
14. Attention to Detail – Be able to complete account opening to a high standard.
15. Ideally with Financial Services experience.
