About the role
As an Experienced Occupational Therapist, you will:
1. Undertake holistic, strengths-based OT assessments with adults with complex physical, emotional, or social needs.
2. Design and deliver innovative reablement plans to help customers achieve their goals and reduce dependence on long-term support.
3. Lead on complex risk assessments, moving and handling assessments, and mental capacity considerations.
4. Recommend and coordinate minor and major home adaptations.
5. Work collaboratively with families, carers, health partners, support workers, and voluntary sector organisations.
6. Provide professional supervision and support to other Occupational Therapists and Customer Coordinators.
7. Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and contribute to service development.
