As a Export Stock Controller you will contribute to the success of the Skelmersdale site by ensuring that all Export Stock Control processes are carried out in accordance with the site policy documents. Job responsibilities of a Export Stock Controller include: Adhering to the export processes and procedures that are currently in place Producing a Private Attestation (Export document) for all EU & Irish despatch loads Producing a Packing List/Invoice for EU & Irish despatch loads Update excel spreadsheets keeping an accurate log of all EU & Irish despatch loads Emailing of documentation to the relevant parties Including but not restricted to Shortage Reporting Allocation of Specific Stock to Deliveries Downloading of Container Photographs Coding Daily Call with Export Team Assisting Stock Control with Any Other Duties Qualifications As a Export Stock Controller you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications: Duties are required to be performed accurately Flexibility within the role to be able to cover other areas of stock team Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail Able to manage their own time to achieve daily targets Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative Able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of on-site systems Excellent communication skills Able to work to tight deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills and tenacity Should demonstrate the drive and desire to progress Looking for ways of continuous improvement Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns Autostore WMS experience desirable but not essential SAP experience desirable but not essential Microsoft Office - Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams Additional Information As part of our drive to make Great Bear a great place to work, we are proud to be an inclusive and diverse organisation where we are committed to employee development and recognising success for hard working performers.
