The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license, access to their own vehicle, and full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).

Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic and operational management of multiple retail stores
Support website functionality to drive omni-channel growth
Maximise retail profitability through effective cost control, budget management, and data-driven decision making
Inspire, develop, and lead Store Managers and teams
Champion commercial performance, identifying and driving sales opportunities across all retail touchpoints
Maintain high operational standards and ensure readiness for key trading events and seasonal opportunities
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to align retail goals with broader business objectives
Qualifications & Criteria
Current / recent experience in a Head of Retail position
Proven track record of maximising profitability of retail operations
Good knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
Strong commercial mind with a passion for customer service
Hands-on, approachable, and collaborative leadership style
Excellent communication skills
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
