Overview
Head of Sustainability Reporting & Impact at Grosvenor. The role leads all sustainability data and risk reporting across the Group, supports seven business units, and develops an impact reporting framework aligned with the Grosvenor-wide carbon commitment and future initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of Grosvenor’s global sustainability reporting plan, including progress against the Grosvenor-wide carbon commitment.
* Undertake strategic reviews of global mandatory and voluntary sustainability standards (e.g., CSRD, GRI, ISSB) and ensure alignment with evolving standards.
* Monitor regulatory trends and advise leadership on emerging sustainability disclosure requirements.
* Identify best practices in data reporting, platforms, and protocols; ensure Grosvenor stays ahead.
* Manage Grosvenor’s climate risk approach, monitor industry best practice and regulatory requirements, and develop nature risk strategy.
* Lead Grosvenor’s global sustainability data collection process: define metrics, design KPIs for social, environmental, and economic impact; implement systems and dashboards.
* Provide BU support on metrics and reporting; drive data quality and consistency across the global framework.
* Lead sustainability reporting and disclosure activities: publish the annual Sustainability Report; coordinate BU reporting; provide insights to drive progress; prepare climate risk disclosures.
* Develop an industry-leading approach to social impact reporting; define social impact KPIs and ensure alignment with values; collaborate with partners and communities; integrate impact thinking across functions.
Key Requirements
* Strong data management, interpretation and analytical skills with ability to manipulate large datasets across social and environmental metrics.
* High attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture.
* Track record of delivering strategic sustainability projects and reporting.
* Genuine passion for environmental and social sustainability and willingness to promote sustainable practices.
* Critical thinker able to explain complex concepts simply to diverse audiences.
* Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
* Skilled in stakeholder relationship management; able to challenge where appropriate.
* Strong influencing skills with ability to drive new behaviors.
