My client is an exciting coffee specialist business who produce and distribute a leading portfolio of coffee equipment to clients across various sectors.
They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for winning new business, maximising sustainable short- and long-term sales, boosting profitability and increasing brand awareness with clients across the Northern half of England.

Responsibilities include:
* Manage and build positive relationships with existing customer base to increase growth.
* To look for new opportunities and continue to grow the brand across the North of the UK.
* Monitor and review customer trading and performance, to up-sell effectively.
* Attend meetings with the senior sales teams.
* Promote business in an effective way.
* Oversee product training for network to drive end-users' sales.
* To gain an excellent knowledge of the brand.
* Attend exhibitions and industry events to promote portfolio.
The Ideal Business Development Manager Candidate:
* Must have proven sales and new business development experience, ideally within the within the FMCG, Hospitality or Food & Beverage industries.
* Have an understanding of coffee production, roasting and brewing processes.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
* Must thrive on winning new business and have a track record of winning key accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
* Have a structured approach with a clear view on hitting targets.
