Job Description
My client is seeking a meticulous and organised individual to support the review and quality assurance of postgraduate medical education examination processes. The role focuses on ensuring that examination procedures, documentation, and supporting materials are accurately reviewed against established guidelines and standards.
You will be part of a structured administrative and review function, working closely with examination administrators, senior clinicians, and internal stakeholders to support coordination, documentation, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Review examination processes and related documentation to ensure compliance with established guidelines and procedures.
* Complete structured checklists and accurately document review findings.
* Liaise with examination administrators to obtain required information, records, and supporting materials.
* Coordinate meetings and communications with senior clinicians, consultants, and examiner committees.
* Prepare clear and well-structured review reports based on findings and observations.
* Maintain proper filing, tracking, and documentation of review materials in accordance with confidentiality requirements.
* Support administrative tasks related to examination review and governance activities.
* Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders via email, phone, and meetings.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Comfortable working with senior professionals such as clinicians and consultants.
* Prior experience in healthcare, education, examinations, or administrative/regulatory environments is an advantage.
* High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
