Qualifications
* Chartered Engineer (IStructE, ICE, or equivalent)
* Proven expertise in structural design from concept to completion
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Ability to engage clients and present innovative solutions
* Experience with structural analysis software (ETABS) and digital delivery
* Knowledge of multi‑disciplinary design processes and sustainable design principles
* Commercial acumen to drive project success
