Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a structured content plan for direct mail, newsletters, social media, and events.
2. Write engaging, farmer-focused copy and content (e.g., email, blog, testimonials, how-to guides, industry insights, video scripts) that drives awareness and conversions.
3. Manage and optimise email campaigns and CRM workflows.
4. Work closely with the team to ensure messaging aligns with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in content marketing/copywriting (ideally in B2B).
2. Strong project management skills – able to plan and deliver campaigns effectively.
3. Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media, and content planning.
4. Ability to adapt tone of voice to audience.
