Inspections Administrator - Part Time Location: Based at our Stokenchurch office, HP14 3SX - attendance expected once a week Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (FTE) Excellent benefits! We are now recruiting for an Inspections Administrator to join the team - the purpose of this role is to ensure all daily tasks are completed to support our clients. As an Inspections Administrator you will be responsible for: Managing SLA for specific contracts - covering Fines/V5's. Managing cosmetics process - Reporting/HPI Checks/ Invoicing / Claims / Dealer Reports / Road Tax / Pool Cars. Booking hire cars for travel and breakdown. Booking long-term hires for employees. Liaising with managers and employees to arrange collections/deliveries of cars for employees/leavers. Booking airport car park for employee travel. Collecting mileage data on a monthly basis for company car drivers. Collecting business mileage and reporting on co2 emissions. Adding removing vehicles in the MID database. Creating quotes for new vehicles/ Extended contracts. Authorising invoices for accounts. Dealing with internal fines. Liaising with HR in regards company car changes/ updates Dealing with vehicle accidents and damage - liaising with insurance companies, broker and repairers. Dealing with cosmetics admin/reporting. Providing professional and effective services to internal and or external customers, to meet expectations. Other Admin Duties To be successful in the Inspection Administrator role, you must have: Prior experience within a customer service environment, preferably in an office/contact center environment. Excellent communication skills, along with good telephone manner. Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service. An ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers and internal colleagues. Be proficient in all Microsoft office applications. Good geographical knowledge. It would be desirable if you have prior administrative experience within an Automotive industry.
