Solicitor - Personal Injury | Clinical Negligence
Location: Bristol - Hybrid
Salary: £40-60,000

OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking experienced Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join highly reputable, Legal 500-recognised firms with well-established departments. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence matters from instruction to resolution
* Handle litigated and pre-litigated claims, including complex and high-value cases
* Work independently with minimal supervision while being part of a collaborative team
* Take initial instructions, draft legal documents, and provide clear, practical legal advice
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Engage in business development activities to help grow the department
* Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with firm procedures
* Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and other parties professionally and effectively
ABOUT YOU
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive NQ+
* Demonstrable experience in managing a caseload in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence
* Confident communicator with strong client care and negotiation skills
* Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines under pressure
* A proactive approach and willingness to be involved in the department's growth
