Senior Sales Manager – Chemicals (Build a New Business)
Our client is an established, international chemicals group launching a new UK entity. They’re looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial sales leader to help shape and grow the business from the ground up.
This is a senior role with real autonomy: you’ll identify market opportunities, develop the go-to-market approach, win early customers, and help define what the business becomes - whether that’s speciality/niche products, trading, or a blend.
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
* Proven B2B sales experience in industrial/speciality chemicals
* Sector exposure to coatings, polymers, plastics, rubber (or closely related markets)
* Commercial edge with technical credibility (sales-led, not lab-based)
* A self-starter mindset and comfort working in ambiguity
* Integrity, stability, and the confidence to build relationships fast
What’s on offer:
* £100-£120k basic (depending on experience)
