Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales Representative / Business Development position, based in Norwich. The individual in this role will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include managing inbound sales inquiries, performing outbound sales activities, developing client relationships, and supporting the sales team.
Qualifications
* Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
* Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
* Experience in Account Management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Previous experience in the fasteners or related industry is beneficial
