Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students in line with the national curriculum
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal development of all students
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
* Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Enhanced DBS check
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practises
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
* Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate certificate in Education
* Experience working in a multicultural school environment
Working Conditions:
The role involves working full-time hours in a school setting, collaborating with colleagues, students, and parents. Occasional attendance at meetings and professional development sessions may be required. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
