Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 3 days off · Start Times: Between 03:00 and 10:00 (flexibility required) · Average Weekly Hours: 40 · Shift Length: Approx. 9.5 hours per day (including a 30-minute break) Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily tasks to meet flight schedules Assemble in-flight meals and amenities according to airline specifications Load and seal storage trolleys for dispatch Deliver catering equipment and supplies to aircraft Dress aircraft cabins to meet client expectations Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently upheld Assist with the loading of catering trucks and aircraft provisioning Communicate effectively with ground crew and flight teams Perform heavy lifting (up to approx. 50 lbs) and work under pressure Comply with all health, safety, security, and operational procedures Support additional departmental duties as needed Maintain a professional approach at all times Requirements - Please Read Carefully: As this is a CAA-regulated environment, all successful candidates must: Be willing to undergo a Criminal Record Check (paid for by us) Provide a 5-year checkable employment and/or education history (we'll assist with this process) Hold valid, in-date photo ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card) Provide a full 5-year UK address history Be willing to attend and complete an Aviation Security Course (paid for by us)
