Supply Chain Coordinator - What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage supply chain operations
* Create Sales Orders and Purchase Orders for raw material deliveries
* Update delivery schedules and send order confirmations to toll blenders
* Confirm receipt status of raw materials with toll blenders
* Update test results data based on Certificates of Analysis received from suppliers
* Issue AP/AR invoices for payment arrangements
* Prepare weekly or monthly reports on market trends of base oil and steel prices
Supply Chain Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Experience in supply chain coordination or sales administration
* Proficiency in SAP ERP systems
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables
