This is an exciting opportunity to head up the Rental Team at our busy site in Borehamwood.

About the role:
Your role as a Rental Manager involves supporting our customers to fulfill their business promises. Your goal is to ensure their vehicles are returned safely and promptly. You will lead a team comprising Customer Service Advisors, Delivery Agents, and Yard Controllers, with all team members playing a vital role.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results against budget and KPIs. You should be adept at coaching, guiding, and supporting your team to ensure an industry-leading customer experience. You will be accountable for motivating and leading the team to carry out all daily rental and logistics operations effectively, in line with company policies and procedures.
