Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
We're now seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our expert team, playing a key role in the maintenance and reliability of our cutting-edge equipment. Established over 15 years ago supplying high-performance materials to industry leaders within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work in full compliance with company Quality and Health & Safety procedures
* Ensure safe installation, maintenance, and upkeep of all production and auxiliary equipment
* Deliver fast and effective fault finding (electrical/mechanical), investigate root causes, and implement preventative solutions
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
* Maintain and manage the spares inventory system accurately
* Support continuous improvement by offering innovative and proactive solutions
* Build and install control panels
Skills & Experience Required:
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Clear and confident communication skills
Essential Qualifications:
* City & Guilds Level 3 Electrotechnical Certificate
* City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Maintenance experience with a variety of production machinery
* Strong fault-finding ability (both electrical and mechanical)
* Experience in the installation of new production lines
Desirable: Welding experience and knowledge of inverter drives
