Sales Consultant – High-End Glazing Solutions
Location:
Huntingdon (with travel to showrooms, client sites and exhibitions)
At Klöeber, we specialise in beautifully engineered, bespoke glazing solutions for residential projects across the UK. From self-build homes to high-end developments, we work with clients who value design, performance and precision.
We are looking for a commercially astute Sales Consultant who can confidently manage the full client journey—while also taking ownership of building a pipeline of high-value relationships across architects, builders and developers.
You will be dealing with £20k-£150k+ projects.
You will be working with self-builders spending £1m+ on homes.
You'll have access to a network of impressive showrooms.
You'll learn a specialist product category.
You'll work with architects.
You’ll see projects from concept to completion.

The role:
This is a consultative, design-led sales role with a clear focus on both incoming opportunities and proactive business development.
* Handling inbound enquiries in a professional, knowledgeable and approachable manner
* Proactively following up with clients to move projects forward
* Preparing accurate, well-presented quotations
* Managing your pipeline to maximise conversion and overall sales performance
* Building and developing your own network of key account architects, builders and developers
* Generating new opportunities through relationship-led business development
* Carrying out site visits to support clients and progress projects
* Hosting clients in our showrooms, delivering engaging and informative product demonstrations
* Supporting clients with technical information, drawings and specifications
* Maintaining clear and detailed records across all stages of the sales process
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated customer journey
* Representing Klöeber at exhibitions and trade events when required
About you:
* Highly motivated with a strong commercial instinct
* Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Comfortable building relationships and developing key accounts
* Detail-oriented with a good level of technical understanding
* Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Able to work independently and take ownership of your workload
* Full UK driving licence
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Huntingdon head office, with regular travel to showrooms, client sites and industry events.
