We’re now recruiting exceptional Health & Wellbeing Associates to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting older people to thrive, using a simple evidence-based wellbeing framework that focuses on positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment.

What We Offer You
* Payment for true recognition for your skills: £14.50 - £16.50 (£16.50-18.50 weekends) plus paid holiday.
* Training & Development: Paid training and continuous opportunities to develop your skills.
* Paid travel time & Mileage: We pay you when you are traveling between clients £13.50 ph + 45p per mile.
* We require coverage from 8am-10pm 7 days a week so you must have availability within those hours, shifts available include (example) 8am-1pm, midday-6pm, 4pm-10pm, Minimum 3 days a week.

Your Role – Making a Real Impact
* Personalised Care Support: Helping clients maintain their independence through compassionate and respectful personal care.
* Enhancing Daily Living: Supporting with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication reminders.
* Bringing Joy & Connection: Providing companionship and escorting clients to social activities, shopping, or appointments.
* Empowering Wellbeing: Using the PERMA model to integrate purpose, engagement, and social connection into everyday care.
* Person-Centred Approach: Monitoring and recording care needs to ensure tailored, high-quality support.
* Ability to travel to cover shifts within Ashford/Canterbury/Maidstone areas
What You’ll Bring
* A passion for supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Experience in domiciliary or community care.
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements).
* The ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
* The right to work in the UK.
