Bid Coordinator Location: Kettering Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full time, 8.30am – 5pm We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & motivated Bid Coordinator. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Experience of bid writing preferred Excellent written and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met Project co-ordination skills Excellent attention to detail Confident with problem solving Teamwork and collaboration Excellent communication skills Numerate YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to meet client specifications and deadlines Liaise with various departments to gather accurate information and documents for bid preparation Produce high quality written and visual tender submissions Compile quotations for tender submissions and other projects including sourcing pricing Respond to PQQS Ensure the tender specification/brief has been adhered to, making suggestions and offering cost effective solutions Liaise with other departments to gather information for submissions and bid library Self and peer review of submissions Any other duties as directed by a manager or director WHAT WE OFFER Attractive salary Pension scheme 25 days holiday along with bank holidays Bonus scheme linked to successful projects Opportunity for hybrid working after training and probationary period is complete Access to offers and services available through HR software and our lead trade body.
