With over three decades in the game, TSA is the UK’s premier snowboard retailer, offering not only a place for customers to purchase the latest and greatest gear but also representing the heart of the thriving British snowboard scene. We’ve helped guide the sport from its pioneering days of the 1980s, through the boom years of the ’90s and 2000s to today, where snowboarding is an integral part of the winter sports landscape.
From humble origins, we’ve grown over the years and now operate stores up and down the British Isles, from bustling Central London to the serene Scottish Highlands. It’s our mission to bring unparalleled levels of customer service, knowledge, and stoke to the community, and as part of team TSA, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling our customers to get the best kit for their trips and to be inspired for many more.
As a part of our team, we want you to share your passion for the mountains with our customers. Our staff are more than just cogs in a machine; they’re valued members of our growing family with a shared love of snowboarding. Our high staff retention speaks to the culture and community that all TSA staff look to foster, a work hard play hard mantra that puts the emphasis on the froth we all share for snowboarding. With annual opportunities to get out into the mountains and test the gear we stock, comprehensive training on products, and a generous staff discount, we put our money where our mouth is when it comes to working with the best crew possible.
Cementing our place as a much-loved institution and the hub that supports the snowboard community in the UK, each of our stores is staffed by people obsessed with shredding. If this sounds like something you’d be keen to be a part of, join us on our journey by applying for a role with us today.
