Senior Client Partner - Tesco Insights (Growth & Emerging)

A key role in the Fresh Insights team, reporting to the Head of Fresh & Home Sales, with one direct report. This is a hands‑on commercial role working with a broad mix of clients across the prepared category, from global CPGs to start‑ups, across branded and own‑label.
The role follows a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days per week expected across our offices (Hammersmith and Welwyn Garden City).
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Experience using data to shape commercial propositions and influence senior stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of the UK grocery market, ideally with knowledge of fresh categories.
* Ability to forensically understand client businesses, their categories, and their relationship with Tesco.
* A consultative sales approach, clearly communicating the value of data and insight to existing clients and those newer to Tesco/data‑led insights.
* Proven ability to build deep networks across client organisations, engaging stakeholders and budget holders across functions.
* High numerical capability and a structured approach to commercial planning and value creation.
* Excellent communication skills, translating insight into simple, actionable solutions.
* Line management experience, coaching and developing others through best‑in‑class sales processes.
