Job Title: Lecturer in Early Years
Hours: 7 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer in Early Years. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching to Level 2 Early Years learners and T-Level Early Years (Year 2) students, supporting them to develop knowledge, professional skills, and confidence for progression into the Early Years sector.
Teaching Schedule
Wednesday (2 hours) - Level 2 Early Years
Thursday (5 hours) - T-Level Early Years (Year 2)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons aligned with programme requirements.
Support learners in developing practical and theoretical Early Years knowledge.
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Contribute to curriculum planning and quality assurance processes.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and classroom management.Qualifications & Experience
A minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Early Years (or higher).
An assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/33).
Experience teaching or supporting learners in the Early Years sector.
Knowledge or experience of T-Level Early Years qualifications (preferred but not essential).Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
Commitment to continuous professional development.The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
