Role: Sales Assistant – Norton Canes (Cannock) – Jointing Tech

Responsibilities
* Taking inbound calls from customers and suppliers.
* Making outbound calls to customers and suppliers.
* Producing accurate quotes against customer requirements.
* Processing orders against specific customer requirements.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Qualifications
* Previous industry or related experience would be ideal
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Good IT skills, MS Office and a CRM
* Confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build effective relationships via telephone, email and in person
