The Role We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to become part of a supportive and collaborative classroom team. In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with students with Autism and a range of Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), providing tailored support that truly makes a difference. You’ll support pupils on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis, using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies to help them engage with learning, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.
