We're currently looking for an Exam Production Technician on a full-time, fixed-term basis until July 2026. This position sits within the Qualifications Production team. The role is home-based with monthly office days.
The job
Reporting to the Exam Production Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
* Managing exam production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
* Coordinating external examiners and subject experts
* Completing quality assurance checks on exam content and systems
* Applying system knowledge to build and construct exams
* Providing training and guidance to stakeholders on exam-setting processes
* Supporting the delivery of accurate, secure and regulatory-compliant exams
The person
We're looking for someone who:
* Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Can confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders
* Is highly computer literate and quick to learn new systems
* Remains calm and focused when working to strict deadlines
