Risk Administrator - Financial Services
Salary: £35,000 + Annual Bonus

Our client is a well-established and growing financial services organisation committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Administrator to join their Risk & Compliance team.
The Role
As a Risk Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of the company's risk management framework. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in financial services risk, compliance, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating the company's risk registers.
Support regular risk assessments, reviews, and control testing.
Monitor and track incidents, near misses, and breaches, ensuring timely escalation.
Prepare reports and documentation for risk committees and senior management.
Support regulatory compliance processes and assist with internal audits.
Help ensure the organisation adheres to policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails.
Contribute to continuous improvement of risk processes and controls.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience within financial services, risk, compliance, or administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to analyse data and identify potential risks or issues.
Confident communicator with the ability to work with stakeholders across the business.
