Thisisaclient-facing,project-focusedrolewithopportunitiestotakeownershipofprojects,developtherole,andgrowtheindustrialsectoroffering.Thereisaclearroutetoleadershipandultimatelydirector-levelprogressionfortherightcandidate.
Therolewillinvolvecontractadministrationandpreparationofspecificationsonprojectsrangingfrom£600kto£5million,primarilyrefurbishmentworks.WhileacharteredBuildingSurveyorbackgroundisdesirable,itisnotessential.Thepositionisfocusedonprojectdelivery,clientmanagement,andsectorgrowthratherthansurveyingalone.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadandmanageindustrialsectorprojects,ensuringdeliveryontime,budget,andtoahighstandard.
* Prepareandmanagecontractadministration,specifications,andprojectdocumentation.
* Buildandmaintainstrongclientrelationships,takingaproactiveroleinbusinessdevelopment.
* Supportgrowthoftheindustrialteam,contributingtostrategyandsectorexpansion.
* Takeownershipofprojectsandopportunities,drivingthemindependentlywithminimalredtape.
About You
* Chartered(RICS)preferredbutnotessential;candidatesfromaseniororassociateprojectmanagementbackgroundarewelcome.
* Experienceinindustrial,refurbishment,orcommercialprojectsishighlydesirable.
* Provenclient-facingskillsandtheabilitytomanageprojectsfromstarttofinish.
* Ambitiousandmotivated,lookingforastepupfromacurrentceilingincareerprogression.
* Confidentmanagingprojectsvaluedbetween£600k–£5million.
* Strongorganisation,communication,andleadershipskills,withadrivetodevelopthesector.
