Role: Multi Utility Project Manager
Location: North West
We are working with a leading multi-utility provider that continues its successful expansion, delivering streamlined multi-utility services to developments across the region.
What you will be doing:
* Manage a portfolio of schemes within a designated geographical area.
* Oversee all aspects of site work from pre-start meetings through to multi-utility installation and connections.
* Order plant, road opening notices, and traffic management for schemes.
* Manage direct and subcontract resources effectively.
* Complete team audits and quality audits.
* Liaise with water, gas, and electricity engineering departments to arrange necessary connections.
* Close out NCRs and incident reports in a timely manner.
What we ask from you:
* Proven experience as a Multi Utility Project Manager.
* Ability to organise and manage site works from both HSQE and commercial perspectives.
* Hold CSCS card.
* Gas GNO 1, 2, and 5 (desirable).
* IOSH or similar (desirable).
* Site Management or Site Supervision Safety Certificate.
* Full UK driving licence.
