A global private equity organisation is seeking a Tax Structuring Associate to support transaction execution across Europe and Asia. This role offers exposure to complex deal structures, international tax considerations and cross-border investment activity, working alongside experienced finance, tax and investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in tax-efficient structuring for acquisitions, add-ons, reorganisations, recapitalisations, management incentive plans, and exits.
* Support the coordination and review of tax due diligence and structuring reports prepared by external advisors.
* Help manage funds flow processes and maintain clear documentation for transaction execution.
* Contribute to tax reviews of financial models and identify key considerations for senior team members.
* Assist with evaluating holding structures and collaborating with internal teams on efficient topside arrangements.
* Monitor European, Asian, and global tax developments and summarise relevant changes.
* Support wider tax optimisation projects across the portfolio.
* Work closely with investment, capital markets, and finance teams on financing and restructuring tasks.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
* Approximately 1–3 years of experience in corporate tax, transaction tax, or a similar discipline.
* ACA/CTA/CPA qualified
* Solid understanding of international tax principles and interest in private equity transactions.
* Strong organisational, analytical and Excel skills.
* Confident communicator able to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
* Familiarity with Luxembourg structures or US international tax concepts (CTB, PFIC) is advantageous but not essential.
* Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
