Role Overview:
They will handle a diverse caseload of real estate disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant issues, property development conflicts, and real property litigation, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of real estate disputes with an emphasis on achieving timely and effective resolutions.
Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients on a wide range of property-related matters.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
Conducting in-depth legal research to support case strategies and client advisory work.
Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
