Thinking about a career in education? This could be your perfect first step.
If you’ve got a passion for helping young people and want to make a genuine difference, we want to hear from you. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable, and caring individuals to join our schools across North Tyneside as Teaching Assistants. No formal classroom experience? No problem. If you’ve supported young people in any way—coaching, mentoring, caring, or even nannying—you could have what it takes.
Our schools are ready to welcome new support staff to help pupils catch up, stay motivated, and feel confident again after a few tough years. You’ll be working closely with teachers to deliver 1:1 and small group support, build strong routines, and be that steady, encouraging presence pupils really need.
