Eastern Education Group is seeking a Lecturer to join our Business and Tourism department. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching across a range of Business and Tourism programmes, primarily at Level 2, Level 3 and T Level Business & Administration.
Key responsibilities
* Planning and delivering lessons.
* Assessing student work.
* Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
* Playing an active role in supporting student progression and achievement.
Qualifications
* Applicants should hold a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Tourism, or a closely related subject.
* Strong IT skills, effective time management, and good organisational abilities are essential.
* A recognised teaching qualification is desirable; however, we welcome applications from candidates who are willing to work towards one.
* Experience in academic planning or administration is advantageous.
