Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Home Delivery Class 2/7.5T Driver for our professional home delivery team in Doncaster, DN4 5PD. You will be contracted to work 48 hours per week, with the start time window of 04:00 and 06:00 working Monday to Friday, with no weekends! This is a hands-on role, involving manual handling, lifting heavy items and is full of variety! What youll do on a typical day: Driving a Class 2/7.5 Tonne Vehicle in a safe manner, complying with all road traffic, and vehicle legislation Delivering bathroom products to warehouses and showrooms Collecting and logging returns Completion of tachographs in line with legislation and company policies Performing vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey and reporting all defects Ensuring the vehicle and stock are properly always secured What you need to succeed at GXO: A full UK driving licence with category class 2 or 7.5T grandfather entitlement A valid Driver Qualification Card A valid Digital Tachograph Card No more than 6 current penalty points No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years DBS security check will be completed on the successful candidate We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
