A highly successful and award-winning UK firm and a long-standing client of ours is seeking a Salaried Partner to lead the next phase of its regional expansion in the North of England.
This is not a role to inherit an existing book; it represents a strategic investment in growth and market presence. Following the firm's proven success in developing a thriving Financial Services practice in other UK centres, most notably Edinburgh, the focus is now firmly on establishing and growing the practice in Leeds or Manchester.
The firm's Financial Services team is one of its core growth pillars, with expertise spanning insurance, banking, asset management, fintech and private equity. They work with a wide range of clients, from PE houses and fund managers to specialist lenders and brokers and have built a strong national reputation for both technical excellence and commercial acumen.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced RI with a solid background in Financial Services audit or assurance, and crucially the personality and drive to build something new. This role calls for someone naturally extroverted and commercially minded, who enjoys being out in the market, developing relationships, and creating opportunities. It would suit a Partner who thrives on business development and is motivated by the challenge of establishing a local presence from the ground up, supported by the firm's national platform and resources.
