We are seeking a talented Service Designer to join a dynamic team and help shape innovative service experiences. As a Service Designer, you will lead end-to-end design processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions that address complex challenges and drive transformation. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact through design and to redefine service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive service design solutions, aligning with user needs and business goals.
* Utilize human-centered design methodologies such as service blueprints, customer journey mapping, and prototyping to craft seamless service experiences.
* Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts to ensure solutions meet both user and business objectives.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and improve services iteratively.
* Bring innovative ideas to enhance service design and create sustainable solutions.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience working in the public sector
* Proven experience in service design or related roles within consulting or design-focused environments.
* Strong knowledge of service design methodologies, user research, and prototyping tools.
* Ability to work effectively in agile, fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects.
* Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders and present design solutions clearly.
