We are seeking a friendly and organised receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a love for animals and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
As the first point of contact for our clients, our receptionists play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, managing medical records and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
* Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in computer skills a plus
* A genuine love for animals and a desire to make a difference in their lives
This is a part time role with the successful candidate working Monday, Tuesday and Friday either pm or 9-7pm, plus one in three Saturday mornings 9-1pm. You would also be providing cover for annual leave when needed.
