About the Opportunity
Keswick Enterprises Group is a respected, UK-based group of logistics and supply chain companies, with a history of driving operational improvement teams to lead a customer-centric project in Doncaster, with possible opportunities to work across multiple business units thereafter.
This project-based role (3–6 months initially) will suit someone who enjoys driving change through data-led insight, training delivery, and collaborative process improvement. You’ll start on-site in Doncaster and later support other change projects.
Why Join Keswick?
* Competitive salary of £28,000–£32,000, depending on experience.
* Be part of a team and deliver projects that improve logistics operations for our clients.
* A supportive culture where your voice is heard – small enough to care, big enough to make impact.
The Role
As a Supply Chain / Logistics Analyst you’ll:
* Evaluate logistics operations using data analysis and process review.
* Identify performance gaps, then propose best practice solutions.
* Deliver targeted training to frontline and management-level staff.
* Create performance dashboards and reports to track impact.
* Support teams in embedding sustainable operational improvements.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG logistics, supply chain, or facilities services
* A degree in logistics, business, or a related field is advantageous
* Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
* Strong analytical mindset and confidence with performance data.
* Hands-on approach, flexible working style, and a full UK driving licence
Working Pattern
* Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week.
* Initially on-site in Doncaster, then moving on to your next project
* Travel to client and group sites across the UK may be required.
