Based at our Head Office in Darlington, we are seeking a sharp, dedicated, passionate, and money-hungry Business Development Manager to seek out new business opportunities. We are looking for a seasoned and consultative sales professional who understands how to win business primarily within the SME sector and permanent recruitment.
What’s in it for you?
You will receive a basic salary of up to £23,000 (dependent upon experience) plus commission, which can top up your earnings to an OTE of over £50,000, along with additional incentives. Where you'll be working:
You will operate from our office in Darlington. We are building a fantastic reputation by going beyond the average recruitment remit, providing a bespoke service that prioritizes our clients and candidates, leading to referrals and repeat business.
What you'll be doing:
This role focuses on generating ‘new business’ revenue across multiple permanent sectors and building strong relationships through excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—in your geographical area. As a Business Development Manager, you will be a decision-maker at all levels, from Managers to HR and Directors. Recruitment and B2B sales experience with a proven track record is preferred. Most importantly, you must be highly driven, motivated, ambitious, and excited about this opportunity.
