Diaverum is looking for a Clinic Manager to lead operations at the North Ormesby Dialysis Unit. The role is permanent, full‑time, and offers a salary of £50,000‑£54,000. It is ideal for an experienced manager who can deliver high‑quality patient care in partnership with NHS teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day‑to‑day operations of the clinic with a relentless focus on patient care, ensuring the unit runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Develop, mentor and empower the team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
* Place patients at the heart of care, addressing their concerns with compassion and providing exceptional service.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with patients, families and healthcare professionals for seamless communication.

* Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, motivating the team to reach new heights in service delivery and satisfaction.
* Manage resources, budgets and supplies to optimise performance without compromising quality.
* Participate in the UK‑wide Clinic Manager Development Programme for personal and professional growth.
Qualifications and Experience
* Registered nurse (NMC) qualification.
* Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting, preferably CQC registered.
* Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
* Strong leadership and team‑management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
* Passion for patient care and a drive to continuously raise standards.
