We are expanding our FP&A team. This role’s remit is to focus on our data, providing insightful analysis to aid in business decisions. The analyst will work closely with the existing FP&A and Sales compensation teams and work cross-functionally across N-able. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, detail oriented, and a driver of results. The intent for this person is to become a subject matter expert of our data and how it impacts the business to ensure complete, accurate, and standardized results.
What You'll Do
4. Work closely with the existing FP&A and Sales compensation teams
5. Create, improve, maintain, and analyze the billings and product reporting
6. QA monthly billing results validating with Salesforce and Billing Systems
7. Evaluate internal processes and reporting for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain procedures for cleaning data
8. Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
9. Create and maintain documentation
10. Complete ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as required
What You'll Bring
11. Must have strong Sales Operations or FP&A experience in a software organization
12. Excellent visualization creation experience (Tableau, Power BI) with strong attention to detail focusing on completeness and accuracy of information
13. Strong and Proficient Microsoft Excel skills leveraging best practices for scalability
14. Ability and desire to understand the details, synthesize them, and effectively communicate findings verbally and in writing
15. Inclination towards solving problems and articulating findings from complex datasets to communicate insights & translate into actionable next steps
16. Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize effectively, achieve commitments and deliver results with a sense of urgency
17. Team player with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization as well as work independently
