What We’re Looking For:
️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) –ECTs with SEN experience/training are welcome!
️ Strong understanding ofadapting the curriculumfor diverse learning needs
️ Provenbehaviour managementskills in SEN settings
️ Experience with EHCPs, IEPs, and collaborative working with support staff
️ Patience, creativity, and a pupil-centred approach
