Job Description
Engage with potential clients via phone to introduce and explain financial services offerings.Identify client needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Collaborate with the customer service department to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.Support the acquisition process by generating leads and following up on warm prospects.Meet or exceed monthly targets for client acquisition and engagement.Stay updated on industry trends to effectively address client queries and concerns.Provide feedback to the team to improve service delivery and sales strategies.The Successful Applicant
A successful Telesales Associate should have:
Proven experience in a high volume sales role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build rapport and maintain a professional demeanour with clients.A proactive approach to meeting targets and achieving goals.Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.Competence in using CRM software and other sales tools.What's on Offer
