Urgent Permanent Opportunity | Deputy Radiology Manager | Oxford
MedicsPro is supporting a client in Oxford who is looking to appoint a Deputy Radiology Manager (Permanent) in a busy multi-modality imaging department (covering 7 clinical areas/modalities).
This role is ideal for:
* A Senior Radiographer ready to step into management
* Someone already at Deputy level seeking a fresh challenge
* Anyone wanting long-term progression in a high-performing department
What you’ll be doing (mix of operational + clinical):
* Supporting the Radiology Manager with day-to-day operational oversight
* Staffing support and departmental coordination
* Clinical leadership and maintaining patient care standards
* Training & development of radiographers
* Audit, governance, compliance & risk assessments
* Radiation protection, H&S and infection control
* Supporting new equipment implementation and service development
Requirements
* HCPC registered Radiographer
* Senior/supervisory/managerial experience
* Strong communication + organisation
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Interview: Ideally face-to-face
