Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
The main purpose of this Warehouse Supervisor role is to oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring stock, deliveries, and materials are accurately managed and ready to support engineering operations.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £38,000 - £45,000 P/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 15:00.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing daily warehouse and yard operations
* Managing incoming deliveries, checking and allocating stock
* Preparing materials and consumables for upcoming jobs
* Building job-specific pallets for engineers
* Maintaining stock levels of consumables, spare parts, and PPE
* Ensuring accurate system updates and inventory records
* Liaising with engineers, procurement, and operations teams
* Managing returned materials and minimising waste
* Maintaining warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
* Coordinating equipment testing, certification, and maintenance
The ideal candidate:
* 5+ years’ experience in warehouse operations or supervision
* Strong organisational and inventory management skills
* Experience working within engineering or industrial environments (desirable)
* Forklift licence (essential or highly desirable)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving ability
* Good understanding of health & safety compliance
* IT literate across Microsoft Office and stock management systems
