We are seeking a Housing Project Manager to join a dynamic Housing team in London. The successful candidate will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects as part of the rollout of our new regional model,, strengthening the Housing function and supporting it's integration into a wider group structure. The role focuses on improving processes, aligning systems, and enabling consistent, high quality service delivery across the organisation and will include setting up and leading a small Tenancy Fraud team. The right candidate will have comprehensive and recent housing management knowledge and will possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in social housing. To be successful in this role you will have: Access to your own a vehicle and able to drive daily across the region. Hold CIH level 3 housing qualification or be committed to enroll within the first year. Working experience of legal housing management processes, managing breaches of tenancy and taking cases through the court process. Be able to work independently and manage a varied case load within key performance service targets. Experience of developing and maintaining cross departmental and multi-agency working.
