Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for businesses handling a range of queries in relation to the IT Platforms and services they have with the organisation.The role will be corresponding with clients over the telephone, email and other platforms when necessary and you will be ensuring each query is resolved to the highest standard as quickly and efficiently as possible.You will be ensuring excellent attention to detail when updating clients details and looking into cases and investigating matters when required.If you are passionate about helping and supporting customers thrive in busy environments then please apply for further information!
